CLASS OVERVIEW
Come down and train with some of Camden Valley Wildfire's best Coaches in a training program that will focus on instilling sound Basketball fundamentals, developing strong on court skills, learning how to evaluate your Basketball IQ (decision making) and improve your fitness and stamina on the court.
This training program will cater to both developing players and to High Performance Athletes (Rep Level). With two courts available, BNSW Accredited coaches running the sessions, it is designed to increase your interest and passion for the game of Basketball.
Developing players will get the guidance and focus to enable the continued development of their Basketball skills, whilst High Performance athletes will continue to be challenged with sessions geared to their skill levels. Sessions will be planned with a focus to work on specific key skills.
Please bring your own Basketball, towel and water (to stay hydrated).

Class Time: 7:00 to 8:30pm (90 minute training session)

All members must also be registered with Basketball NSW.
