WILDFIRE TRAINING PROGRAMS
WANT TO TAKE YOUR GAME TO THE NEXT LEVEL?
Wildfire Basketball have created a variety of new training programs to provide opportunities for young athletes in Sydney South West to develop their fundamentals, improve skill development, fitness and basketball knowledge.
We have designed a number of sessions based on skills and age groups making it simple to select the right one for you.
SKILZ INDIVIDUAL DEVELOPMENT TRAINING SESSIONS (Open to everyone keen to learn and elevate their game!)
SPARKS (Ages 9 to 13 years)
Young players who are new to the game and would like to learn the basic fundamental skills of basketball in a fun and engaging way. SPARKS is a critically important designed to build a strong foundation giving them the skills to enjoy the game and build confidence. Great for those looking to join a competition or have just started playing in a competition.
FIRE (Ages 14 to 17 years)
Design for Junior players who have been playing in a local competition and has had some game experience but would like the additional training to elevate their skills that would prepare them for Representative basketball.
SKILZ SESSIONS ARE AVAILABLE ON MONDAYS AND WEDNESDAYS
WHTP HIGH PERFORMANCE SESSIONS (For current and previous representative basketball players only.)
Wildfire High Performance Training (WHPT) are sessions for representative players and designed to focus purely on you and your individual skill development. This will be a high intensity, high energy session designed to challenge and improve a players all around skills.
BURN (Ages 14 to 17 years)
BLAZE (Ages 14 to 17 years)
SHOTZ REP PREP SHOOTING CLINIC (4 weeks of non stop shots)
Shoot the light out! Wildfire SHOTZ Shooting Clinic is designed to build a great shot from the ground up. We have broken down the mechanics of a great shooting technique and teach athletes to apply these into their shot and learn to understand and through self analysis and repetition.
We aim to give our athletes an opportunity to take hundreds of shots at each session.
